Conditions of sale for customers
General
- These conditions of sale are for customers only
- You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
- Phase 4 accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, credit or debit card, or cash. Payments are taken at the point of customer order not on dispatch of goods
- All goods must be duly paid for on collection or within 30 days if you have a credit account with Phase 4
- Phase 4 remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods Phase 4 supply to you and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you
- Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, we can exercise our statutory right to charge interest and administrative charge on all overdue invoices
- If you wish to query an invoice, this must be done in writing with 30 days of the invoice date; otherwise you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the invoice. We will not be responsible if mistakes are not reported within 30 days
- If the goods did not arrive, are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you received the, you must tell Phase 4 directly on 01423 525277
- If there is an issue with a product that has been delivered, or regarding work that has been carried out by Phase 4, this must be reported in writing with 14 days of receipt of the goods or completion of the work. If we are not informed of any issues within 14 days then you will be liable for any costs incurred in resolving the issue
- It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. Most of our products come with a minimum 12 month Manufacturer’s warranty; please check the individual goods for detail cover before contacting Phase 4. The warranty ONLY covers the equipment itself, NOT any associated costs incurred in returning the equipment, for example, Callout fees, collection from Customers premises, dismantling & reinstallation of equipment and carriage returning goods to Manufacturer
- If you have returned goods please ensure you have backed up you data. We will NOT be responsible for any data that is lost.
- Please note we do not accept returns of special purchase items, software licenses, consumables or opened software unless it is faulty
- Most of our products come with a minimum 12 month Manufactures warranty; please check individual goods for cover. This warranty ONLY covers the equipment itself, NOT any associated costs incurred in returning the equipment, for example, Callout fees, collection from Customer’s premises, dismantling and reinstallation of equipment and carriage returning goods to Manufacturer. Cover does not apply to incidents occurring from force majeure. All warranties exclude product misuse, video heads, monitor, tubes and CCD sensors damaged by wear and tear.
- If after a repair you find the issue still exists you must inform us immediately. We will then attempt the repair again. If we find that the issue still exists due to misuse of the product then we may charge for re-repair of the equipment
- All refurbished computers come with 3 month warranty as standard
